WHAT WE COLLECT
The consultation forms collect your name, email, selected service and general questions. Optional contact details may be provided in the Chinese form. Do not include SSNs, tax documents, identity documents or bank information in these public forms.
If you purchase a service, we use order and payment records such as your name, email, service, amount, payment status and transaction reference. Stripe processes payment-card details through its payment page; do not send card details to us by email.
Tax or identity documents needed for a case are handled separately under the instructions provided for that case. This website is not itself a tax-document upload portal.
WHY WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to answer questions, confirm scope, match consultations to payments, provide agreed services, communicate progress, handle cancellations/refunds and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Google Sites hosts the website. Google Forms and Sheets support consultation intake and records. Google Drive is used for document storage where arranged for the case. Stripe processes payments. Information is shared with service providers only as needed for the service, and with tax authorities when authorized or otherwise required by law. Any additional tax-filing software or document-delivery arrangement is identified as part of your service arrangements.
ACCESS AND DOCUMENT SHARING
Wait for client-specific instructions before sending sensitive documents. Public website links, public forms and ordinary email are not approved channels for tax documents. Tell us immediately if you receive a document link intended for somebody else. No online system can be guaranteed free of all security risks; this statement does not waive our responsibilities to protect information.
RETENTION AND REQUESTS
We retain information as needed for the agreed service, necessary business records and applicable retention duties. Contact info@bridgetaxla.com to request access, correction or deletion. We will explain any records that must be retained and may need to verify the requester's identity through an appropriate channel; do not email SSNs or identity documents for this purpose.
COOKIES AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
Google and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. When you open an external service, that provider's privacy terms also apply. We do not claim that this website is anonymous or cookie-free.
